Halim bin Haji Din is a Chartered Accountant who spent more than 40 years working for multinational corporations and international consulting firms, specialising in financial management and corporate recovery in energy and technology.


He was the Regional Financial Advisor for Caltex Petroleum Corporation in Dallas, Texas, overseeing investment viability of the corporation’s Asian subsidiaries, before he became the board member of Caltex Malaysia, Caltex/Chevron Group. In his early career, he was attached with Ernst & Whinney in London, United Kingdom.


He was appointed as Managing Partner of the consulting division of Ernst & Young Malaysia from 1995.He later became the Country Advisor of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting Malaysia when Cap Gemini of France merged with Ernst & Young Consulting. In 2003, he, with two partners, took over the consulting business of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Malaysia through a management buyout and rebranded it as Innovation Associates, currently known as the IA Group, where he is the Chairman of the group.


He previously served as an independent and non-executive director on the board of MMC Corporation Berhad (5 years), Takaful Ikhlas Berhad (10 years), Employees Provident Fund (4 years), Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd (3 years), and BNP Paribas Berhad (9 years).Halim is also a former council member of MICPA and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Currently, Halim sits on the board of IGB Reit Management Sdn Bhd and Wah Seong Corporation Berhad.



Dato’ Seri Yeoh started his career with Hew & Company while pursuing the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He then moved to Ernst and Young in London before returning to Malaysia and joining PwC.


He went on to join the commercial sector in a property company listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Dato’ Seri Yeoh subsequently joined Encorp Group as Head of Finance and later promoted to become the Group Chief Executive Officer. He was also a director and a substantial shareholder in the Group.


Under his stewardship, the Group saw its net profit surge three-fold, from lost making with high gearing into a profitable Group.

Dato’ Seri Yeoh also served as an Executive Director with Great Wall Plastics Berhad (GWP). He went on to turn the company into the largest laminated film manufacturer in the South East Asia. He was subsequently listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.


Dato’ Seri Yeoh now serves as a director and shareholder of a few privately-owned companies, dealing with technology, real estate, and investment in the financial market.



Bhushan has decades of experience in the commodity industry at senior management level, covering commodity trading, trade finance, barters, and offsets. He started his career in India. He held several senior positions in many multinational companies globally, including Nelco, part of the Tata Group. He also handled counter trade division, specialising in structured trade finance transactions to optimise interest and currency arbitrage. He also headed the Business Unit Counter trade in the former Soviet Union.


Bhushan is the founder and director of Seabridge TFX in Singapore. He is also the founder and currently the vice chairman for Aries Fertilizers Group Pte Ltd, the largest fertilizer (phosphate) companies and largest exporter out of China.


Bhushan also sits as a member of Board of Directors for several companies. Currently based in Singapore, he has initiated and managed several companies there and qualifying them for the Global Trading Programme, under Enterprise Singapore. He is also involved in promoting Tech Start-Ups and is currently involved in a few tech companies, (Education, Financial Literacy, Business Intelligence and Analytics).
