Halim is a Chartered Accountant who spent more than thirty (30) years working for multinational corporations and international consulting firm. He has experience in the oil and gas industry where he was the Regional Financial Advisor for Caltex Petroleum Corporation Dallas in Texas before he was appointed as a Board member of Caltex Malaysia.

He also has extensive experience in corporate recovery when he worked for Ernst & Whinney, in London. He went on to become the Managing Partner of the Consulting Division of Ernst & Young in Malaysia and was later appointed to be the Country Advisor of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting when Cap Gemini of France merged with Ernst & Young Consulting.

Halim and two other partners subsequently took over the consulting business of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Malaysia and rebranded it as Innovation Associates, or better known as The IA Group. He is currently the Chairman of the Group and has successfully exited majority of its main subsidiary, IA Consultant, to a Malaysian public listed company.

Halim has served as Board members in several companies including Takaful Ikhlas, Employees Provident Fund (KWSP) and others. He currently sits as a Board member of BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad, IGB REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. and Kwasa Land Sdn. Bhd. He is also a director of several private limited companies.



Dato’ Sri Yeoh started his career with Hew & Company while pursuing what is now known as Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He then moved to Ernst and Young in London before returning to Malaysia and joining PwC.

He went on to join the commercial sector in a property company listed on Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Dato’ Sri Yeoh subsequently joined Encorp Group as Head of Finance and later promoted to become the Group Chief Executive Officer. He was also a director and a substantial shareholder in the Group. Under his stewardship, the Group saw its net profit surged three-fold, from lost making with high gearing into a profitable Group.

Dato’ Sri Yeoh also served as an Executive Director with Great Wall Plastics Berhad (GWP). He went on to turn the company into the largest laminated film manufacturer in the Asia Pacific and was subsequently listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. 

Dato’ Sri Yeoh now serves as a director and shareholder of a few privately-owned companies, dealing with technology, real estate and investment in the financial market.



Bhushan has decades of experience in the commodity industry at senior management level, covering commodity trading, trade finance, barters and offsets. He started his career in India and he went on to hold several senior positions in many multinational companies in the country including Nelco, which is part of the Tata Group.  He also handled counter trade division in Myanmar, specialising in structured trade finance transactions to optimise interest and currency arbitrage. He also headed the Business Unit Counter trade in CIS/ Russia.


Bhushan is also the founder and currently the vice chairman for Aries Fertilizers Group Pte Ltd, the largest fertilizer (phosphate) companies and largest exporter out of China.


Bhushan also sits as a member of Board of Directors for several companies. Currently based in Singapore, he has initiated and managed several companies there and qualifying them for the Global Trading Programme, under Enterprise Singapore. He is also involved in promoting Tech Start-Ups and is currently involved in a few tech companies, (Education, Financial Literacy, Business Intelligence and Analytics).
